RHD Australia is the National Coordination Unit aiming to reduce death and disability caused by ARF and RHD in Australian Indigenous people. Based at Menzies School of Health Research in Darwin, RHD Australia produces publications, reports, news and events in order to inform health professionals, educators, patients, families and the community about ARF and RHD.

Take Heart is a global, media communications initiative that aims to put RHD on the global media and public health agendas. Through a series of films, it takes a look at the experiences of RHD patients across Australasia, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America and the impact that the disease has on their lives.
RhEACH is a technical support and policy translation initiative that aims to amplify RHD efforts locally, regionally and globally. They also identify, describe and disseminate a range of solutions to reduce the burden of the disease on vulnerable populations. RhEACH collaborates with a range of stakeholders, including clinicians, academics, governments and people living with RHD, in order to achieve common goals.
RHD Action is the global movement to reduce the burden of RHD on vulnerable populations of all ages throughout the world. It was initiated in September 2014 under the auspices of the UN Every Child Every Woman (ECEW) commitment and adds to the global efforts of meeting the World Health Organisation (WHO) and World Heart Federation (WHF) goal of reducing premature morality by 2025.
